§ 38-32. Vegetative matter and boards

Individual pieces of lumber and tree trimmings shall not exceed six feet in length or four inches in diameter, and shall be tied in bundles not exceeding 50 pounds. Trimmings, leaves, grass and other unbundled matter must be placed in plastic bags or containers not weighing more than 50 pounds, including the weight of the container. Vegetative matter or boards not meeting definition of refuse and the criteria in this section shall be considered special handling materials.
