§ 62-1. Purpose

The purpose of this chapter is to provide regulations intended to protect coastal resources, limit public expenditures, mitigate the impacts of floods, protect lives and property and to provide development design and improvement standards applicable to marina siting and coastal management (comprehensive plan, policy 11.A.1.1)
