§ 58-208. Certificate of zoning compliance/development permit

The following fees shall be charged in the administration and issuance of certificate of zoning compliance/development permit. All fees shall be payable to the town. A receipt indicating payment of the required fee shall accompany all requests. Development permits are required for any work costing more than $200.00.
