§ 58-209. Concurrency evaluation review

  • (a) The following fees are hereby established for concurrency evaluation review:

    Fee
    Per Building
    (1) Multifamily project $ 10.00
    (2) Commercial project 100.00
    (3) Single-family home  10.00

     

    (b) The fees specified in subsection (a) of this section shall be payable to the town upon submittal of any application that requires an application for concurrency evaluation by the town. Generally, all major development of regional impact, subdivision or PUD, multifamily dwellings, and commercial development will require a concurrency evaluation by the town. Concurrency evaluation is separate and apart from the review and processing fees contained in section 58-207

    (c) Under certain conditions the town commission may waive concurrency evaluation fees for the purpose of inducing development of economic and/or sociological benefit to the town. Such exception shall require approval by the town commission.
